I haven't blogged in a while about movies, mainly because I don't think anyone is reading this but me but regardless it makes me happy to air my opinion.
The House Bunny - *** I loved it, it made me LOL and it was just fun to watch.
Righteous Kill - ** Pacino and Deniro in a flick, I expected more. It was a decent mystery just didn't have that something to have me interested in watching it again.
X Files -* AWFUL waste of my time. Do Not Rent this. There is no resemblence of the original in this movie, the only thing close to science fiction is the psychic and even that isn't worthy.
Hancock - *** The kids made this movie out to be soo good I guess it was inevitable for me to be dissappointed but it was kind of like that other one he did that was so raved about as well. Its good but its not great. I did like the semi love story themed into it though.
Narnia Prince Caspian - ** Most sequels aren't as good as the original and this was no exception. The kids are great actors so that makes it watchable but when my child never asked to watch it again, I knew I wasn't being too jugemental.
WALL-E -** It was OK, but not something me or the kids would watch again and again. Disney keeps their concepts a little high for the little kids, they just don't understand.
Hulk - *** This was MUCH better than the first. It was the real Marvel good guy v/s bad guy to save the day and it has great graphics.
Wanted - *** I liked the Matrixish graphics in this flick. It ends strangely. All the men in my house just wanted to see Angelina in her Tomb Raiderish role.
The Family That Preys *** - I loved this. Its hard for me to view Tyler Perrys more serious side. He nailed it with this one. Laughter thru tears is my favorite emotion.
The Dark Knight **** - MUST SEE MOVIE - It was hard pressed that someone could be a better Joker than Jack but Heath brought the crazy right out of the Joker and makes you see that he was really playing tha role to the fullest.
Lakeview Terrace ** - I should give this more than a 2 but seriously I won't watch it again. Samuel Jackson nailed his role so well its going to be hard for me to like him after this in anything else. If I had seen him on the street after watching it I probably would have said ugly things to him.
Eagle Eye ** - Nice Action but not enough to keep me coming back.
